How Does it Work?
Well Me, Well World is a points based program. Employees get points for participating in well activities and making choices that them and the world a better place. Points translate to dollars. The employer assigns a value for each point and employees earn Wellness Funding up to the maximum by taking care of themselves and the world. The program works! The monetary incentive provided by the employer helps employees make choices that they know they want to do anyway.
INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE EFFORTS
Wellness is a personal thing . . . and wellness is also a collective thing. The Well Me, Well World Wellness program incorporates both personal incentives and company-wide incentives. This structure is specifically designed to reflect that both personal success and collective success are critical elements to true wellness in life.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information recorded in the Well Me, Well World Program is completely confidential. While overall wellness achievement scores are visible to you for wellness incentive payout purposes, no specifics regarding your employees’ personal wellness achievement or personal wellness goals are visible to you.
